In the wake of the shootings at Montreal’s Dawson College that left one student dead and 20 injured, Harper acknowledged that steps must be taken to “minimize the possibility of these events” in the future although he did not give details.
He did say that possessing a firearm “is not a right, it is a privilege.”
And this guy is supposed to be on OUR side?
